Rabies: What should I do if bitten, scratched or touch saliva?

What should I do if bitten, scratched or exposed to an animals saliva that I am not sure has been protected with the Rabies Vaccine.

1. Call the Manchester Police Department
2. Wash the wound immediately with soap and water for 10 minutes.
3. Call your doctor or hospital emergency room.
4. Get a description of the animal that bit or scratched you.
